  Terminal action result rendered as a transient toast, *appended* to the
  fixed #toast-stack (see base.html + app.css) so it stacks alongside any
  other in-flight results instead of replacing them. ``level`` is
  ok | info | error and drives the left-stripe + tint via ``result-<level>``.
  A MutationObserver in app.js wires the close button and auto-dismisses
  everything except errors (``data-autodismiss``), which stay until dismissed
  so a failure is never missed. No ``id`` -- several may coexist in the stack.
  The response also carries ``HX-Trigger: ci:refresh`` so the dashboard panels
  (incl. Templates, where a fresh backup appears) reload at once.
