Simone	97ec820ebb	ci: rename build-nsInnoUnp.yml -> build-ns7zip.yml; update doc refs ... Workflow now targets Simone/nsis-plugin-ns7zip. Renamed the file and the workflow `name:`, and updated all references in active docs (plans/archived and docs/archived left as frozen history). Simone	1bcd40e483	docs(a4): mark A4 as code-complete; add A4-closeout.md ... Master checklist + step A4 attivita + 'definizione di fatto' updated; A4-closeout.md added (104 pytest, coverage 79.25% total / 83% commands/job.py).
