- Release workflow extracts CHANGELOG section as GitHub/Gitea release body
- All GitHub Actions upgraded to node24-native versions
- tools/update_gitea_releases.py for backfilling existing Gitea releases
- tools/release-notes/ per-version Markdown snippets
