fix(deploy-win): keep default background colour, just drop the wallpaper

Browse Source 
Remove only the wallpaper image (Wallpaper="" + WallpaperStyle=0) and leave
Control Panel\Colors\Background at the WS2025 default, so the desktop shows
the default grey instead of black.
